Eligibility
The B40 group with a household income not exceeding RM5,249/month.
The organisers will conduct a background check (through databases such as STR, eKasih, or PADU) to verify the B40 status and household income of the applicant.
By filling out this form, patients are expected to receive a call and email within 2 working days regarding the status of their application.
