The BIG CARING Foundation (BCF) is the CSR and community outreach arm of the BIG CARiNG Group, Malaysia’s largest integrated pharmacy network. Established in 2025, BCF focuses on health accessibility, community wellness, and supporting vulnerable communities through sustainable initiatives. 

Please follow the 3 pillars objectives:
Community – Promoting health and well-being through educational programs, health services, and medical aid.

Environment – Supporting green pharmaceutical practices and responsible waste management.

Education – Providing scholarships, grants, and professional development in the healthcare field.

As the corporate social responsibility (CSR) outreach arm of the BIG CARING Group, BCF provides impactful support through two primary pillars:

1. Financial & Product Sponsorships

• Organizational Partnerships: We provide monetary and product support to CSR bodies and NGOs whose missions align with our core initiatives: Ribbon of Hope and SMILE program.
• Educational Scholarships: We offer scholarship aid to support deserving students in their academic pursuits, exclusive to scholarships funded by our foundation
• Individual Patient Aid: We offer free rehabilitation equipment aids and discount on medical products to underprivileged individuals, such as B40 cancer patients, to alleviate their healthcare burdens.

2. Knowledge Sharing & Community Education

• Safe Medication Initiatives: We educate institutions, corporate bodies, and local communities on the proper disposal of unused or expired medications.
• Health & Medical Awareness: Our certified pharmacists actively conduct educational outreach in schools and communities to raise awareness about health, wellness, and medical safety.
